Good Night Baby Sleep Sessions: 0 > 3 months

Welcome to our Good Night Baby sleep sessions, covering sleep, the wonderment of baby development, nutrition, communication and attachment.

In each session we discuss how to settle and soothe your baby with sleep routines, and aim to build parenting confidence in responding to your baby's changing needs.

0 - 3 months.

Learning about healthy sleep habits in the first 3 months and even before your baby arrives can help the whole family welcome your new arrival with confidence and save a lot of unnecessary worry later on.

In this session we’ll cover:

  • How babies sleep.

  • Safe sleep.

  • The attachment process.

  • The benefits of skin to skin.

In all our sessions you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns and bust sleep myths leaving you well equipped, calm and confident.

Before the session please feel free to email beforehand with any questions you’d like us to cover along with any hope or worries we can address. After the session, we’ll share a resource list based in UK research with consideration of Guidelines set out by the American Academy of Paediatrics, AAP.
