This week, Caitlin Garguilo from The Bar Method will lead a micro meditation session, exploring the core principles of meditation and sharing practical techniques you can practice at home, with the kids or on your own.
About Mindful Meetups
Join the wriggle and moments for an 8 week series of events designed to give some time & space. We’ll provide prompts & materials for self guided meditation, journaling and reflection, while your kids enjoy free open play nearby. The session is just one hour and you can use the time however you like: Pick up our prompts & journal? Grab a conversation card & share experiences with another parent? Sit quietly & try our meditation techniques, or join a micro session led by a local wellness expert, or even just put your phone away and play mindfully with your child!
