In this guided meditation, we will practice mindfulness and learn about the benefits of spending time in nature.
Who: Teens and adults. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Where: The Park House (blue building with public bathrooms) at Marsha P. Johnson State Park.
Feel free to bring your own blanket or yoga mat. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you.
PLEASE NOTE:
Registration is highly recommended for all participants to secure your space in the program.
If we do not hear from you 10 minutes into the program, we will release your reservation to walk-up participants.
If the program is sold out, but you still wish to attend, we encourage you to walk up and see if space is available.
In the case of inclement weather, the program may be rescheduled or canceled. Please be sure to check your email a few hours before the program starts.
