We invite all parents, and caregivers, to practice yoga with their toddlers in a relaxed, supportive environment while learning to gain, or regain, the strength in their total body.
This slow flowing vinyasa yoga practice focuses on strengthening the abdomen, pelvic floor, arms and lower body.Using interactive, slow-moving postures, the class is ideal for adults and their walking toddlers. In Toddler & Me yoga, we work hard to foster a community that will support and address both the physical and emotional challenges that come with this early stage of parenthood or caregiving. We will set aside a few minutes each class to share our feelings and emotions for the week as they relate to caring for your little one.

Fun toddler yoga class that incorporates age appropriate poses, games, props, music, and exercises to engage children's bodies and minds.
No prior yoga experience is required for toddlers or grown ups.
Toddlers must be accompanied by a care giver for the duration of the class.
