We’ve teamed up with the incredible Tina Black at Good Night Baby to bring you a series of small virtual group sessions focused on fostering healthy & happier sleep habits and supporting you through your baby’s key developmental milestones.
At 4 - 7 months your baby is changing a lot and there’s a lot that can disrupt the good sleep routines you might have in place (teething, working out you can leave them, changing cribs, moving rooms, going back to work - the list goes on!). Whether it’s going well & you want it to stay that way, or you’re struggling and need non judgmental, practical support, these sessions could be really helpful.
We’ll cover everything from nutrition to your day time routine, busting myths and giving super practical advice tailored to you. Once you sign up you can also get in touch with Tina right away to start asking questions and sharing some context for your family.
