Almost every new parent we’ve met has confided that sleep has been on the mind. Either it’s hard & sleepless nights seem to stretch ahead, or it’s going well & they’re worried it can’t last.
Whichever side you’re on we want to make sure you’re equipped with the tools for making healthy sleep work for your family, and to understand what “good sleep” looks like at key developmental stages.
We recently teamed up with Tina Black at Good Night Baby to host some small group sessions, giving parents a chance to troubleshoot problems, get support and make a plan.
