Stay Small Art Club, founded in 2017 by Ami Gallagher, is a much loved art program and mobile art & craft experience catering to children across Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Jackson Heights.
Stay Small’s art classes are a firm favorite in the neighborhood and aim to introduce art to young children, fostering creativity from as early an age as possible. Ami welcomes budding artists as young as one year old, guiding them through artistic expressions while nurturing family bonds and community connections. Beyond the artistic endeavors, these classes provide a supportive environment for new parents, offering a space for social interaction and the chance for children to develop essential social skills.
Designed for toddlers aged 18 months to 4 years old, the classes offer a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere filled with songs, stories, and, of course, art. However, children of all ages are welcomed, making it an inclusive and welcoming experience for families seeking creative engagement and connections in their community.
