Step into our after-school classes, where fitness and soccer collide to create an energetic environment focused on holistic development and fun-filled learning! We play soccer outdoors, weather permitting. On cold/rainy/snowy days we have fitness classes indoors.
In our Fitness class, we're not just about moving; we're about igniting wellness, enhancing response times, and fostering mental endurance while keeping kids motivated through dynamic movement. Through engaging exercises and activities, we aim to promote a healthy lifestyle while instilling confidence and resilience in every child.
Meanwhile, our Soccer class offers more than just kicking a ball around. It's a platform where children not only refine their soccer skills but also cultivate self-assurance and physical literacy. With a blend of skill-building drills, team exercises, and friendly competitions, kids enhance their gross motor skills, nurture socialization abilities, and learn the essence of teamwork—all while having a blast on the field.
