Relax and remain quiet while walking amongst McGolrick Park’s trees during our Japanese forest bathing session (shirin yoku) with local artist Beatrice Wolert.
Forest bathing is a self-care practice that seeks to enhance health holistically by connecting with nature via our senses. It can promote your mood and focus and balance stress levels. Mats, journals, and writing implements will be provided.
