During this interactive workshop you will:
Learn common risk factors for aches and pains in new parents
Intro to common musculoskeletal injuries in new parents
Get tips on joint protection strategies and tips for proper body mechanics with real-time instructor feedback on positioning during breastfeeding, bottle feeding, diaper changes, picking up/putting down the baby, floor play, etc.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. No additional equipment necessary. If you have any injuries or concerns you would like to discuss ahead of time, please email me at info@home-mama.com.
