This class is designed to provide pregnant individuals with a prenatal-safe yoga workout and a space to connect with their changing bodies as well as other parents-to-be.
You will be guided through movements, breathing exercises and tools that cultivate a new awareness that will assist you through labor and delivery, and develop a deeper connection with your growing baby.
