Restore your Core: Postnatal Pilates & Movement

This nurturing class is designed for new mothers to regain strength, core connection and confidence and ease common aches & pains of early motherhood through gentle pilates exercises and fun, flowing dance movements (baby in carrier optional!)

Join Pilates pro and mother of two Annie for a gentle and effective way to restore your body and mind after childbirth. No prior dance or Pilates experience necessary.

What to Expect:

  • restorative, core-building pilates: low-impact exercises to strengthen your core, pelvic floor, and back muscles.

  • fun, freeing dance: easy-to-follow, baby carrier-friendly dance movements to improve posture, balance, and coordination.

  • mindful movement: focus on breath and body awareness to reduce stress and promote relaxation and connection.

  • postpartum modifications: tailored exercises from a postnatal pilates pro and mother of two.
    supportive community: connect with other new moms in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
